Second graders at Shelter Rock were engaged in a social emotional assembly workshop that used the power of inspirational doodles to show that spreading kindness, love, joy and positive thoughts can be done through the mindful act of doodling.
The children got to work and created their own powerful messages that were inspired by Ilene Fox’s late husband’s book “Doodles, Volume One.”
The students were engaged and enjoyed learning how their doodles can make a difference for their school community, their families and the world.
This event was organized by SCA Enrichment.
